Consumer Mains & Main Switchboard

• Installation of consumer mains conduits sized to service a 2000 Amp main switchboard.
• Construction of a custom in-situ reinforced concrete pit on-site to accommodate main switchboard trenching and cable pathways.
• Trenching and conduit installation to support incoming supply and outgoing distribution cabling.
• Preparation of infrastructure for certifier inspection and connection to high-voltage substation.

Distribution Boards

• Installation of two distribution boards to service refrigerated container storage facilities.
• Underground trenching works for cable reticulation between the main switchboard and distribution boards.
• Cable terminations, testing, and commissioning of all circuits to ensure compliance with AS/NZS 3000 electrical standards.

Floodlighting Towers

• Supply and installation of 35-metre pole floodlighting towers.
• Structural footings designed and installed for stability under site wind and load conditions.
• Electrical connection of towers via underground reticulation from the main switchboard.
• Aimed, tested, and commissioned to provide full site-wide illumination for operational safety and security.

CCTV & Wireless Links

• Design and installation of a CCTV system providing full coverage of the site, including perimeter and operational areas.
• Installation of wireless communication links to integrate cameras with the central management system.

Fuel Distribution Area

• Trenching and conduit installation to service the fuel distribution area.
• Supply and connection of power for pumps, safety interlocks, and monitoring systems.
• Integration with main distribution and safety control systems.

Testing, Commissioning & Certification

• Comprehensive testing of all installed electrical infrastructure in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Commissioning of main switchboard, distribution boards, lighting, and CCTV systems.
• Handover of completed works to client with as-built documentation.
